STEPS TO MEMBERSHIP:

1. Complete MHCC Application Form - Fill out,  print and sign MHCC Application Package (PDF) .

2. Copy of Current Vaccinations – You can have your vet fax them to 303-722-2012.

        Rabies

       Bordetella (1 st bordetella vaccination must occur 1 week prior to 1 st day at MHCC)

       Distemper

3. Interview – Interviews can be conducted by appointment from 10-noon and 2-4 Monday thru Saturday.

       Call 303-722-2011 to set up a time.

4. Attend 1 st Day – complimentary.

5. Membership Approved – Your canine is now ready to start attending MHCC – Package deals are available.

MILE HIGH CANINE CLUB POLICIES:

  All dogs must be people and dog friendly.

  All dogs must be healthy. If your dog is ill (diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, etc.), please do not bring them in until your veterinarian gives approval.

  All dogs must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months.

  All vaccinations must be current. Proof of rabies, bordetella and distemper is required.

  Bordetella is required every 6 months. We require a one week waiting period after the initial bordetella vaccination.

  All dogs must pass an interview and attend 1 day of daycare to demonstrate a non-aggressive disposition.

  All payments must be made at time of service.

  All services require a reservation.

  All dogs will be supervised and will be invited to attend structured activities throughout the day.

  Safety of the dogs is our first priority. Though we do everything possible to prevent incidents, dogfights can happen and can result in injury. If injuries occur, we will take your dog to the vet and provide you with notification immediately. Dog owners are responsible for all medical expenses associated with their respective dog(s).
